We use these specialist abseiling techniques to reach awkward access areas. For example; we have cleaned and re-painted high-level steel RSJ’s which spanned a swimming pool where cherry pickers could not access and scaffolding costs would have been astronomical. Because we were able to use this method, we saved one customer over £50,000 as they did not need to have the swimming pool shut down, emptied and covered with a full bird cage scaffold! This enabled them to keep the pool open to the public whilst we worked overnight, hence no loss in revenue.
We can also offer a camera/video inspection service, which provides you with a video recording of the state of your building, full reports and maintenance suggestions are included.
Do not worry, if your building does not have the appropriate setup for abseiling, (Eye Bolts etc.) We can overcome this by providing our own transportable Mobile Anchor System which we can bring to site and remove it upon completion of the task. Once again this means the customer does not have the initial outlay for expensive structural changes.
