Streak free window cleaning
We have a team of over 6 members who travel the country on a daily basis cleaning windows to small offices and retail premises.
“Reach and Wash” Method
We have our own water purification plant which purifies and de-ionises the water at our head office premises. It is then transported to site in our 3 custom designed vehicles. On this basis we are fully self-sufficient which negates the client having to provide water for us.
The” Reach and Wash” method cleans windows up to 65 feet with the operative remaining on the ground. It is a telescopic pole fitted with a soft bristle brush on the end which utilises purified water to wash over glazing, frames and sills.
We have a team of fully qualified operatives who have been trained in the use of cherry pickers (MEWP). We hold accounts with all of the major access companies which gives us the flexibility of choice to place the correct machine to the right task. With over 32 years’ experience in this industry we are able to offer our clients the most cost effective and practical solutions to their access requirements.
Our team of fully qualified rope access technicians have been trained by the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA), ranging from level one up to the highest accolade in the industry i.e. level 3.
On this basis, for any areas we cannot access with other methods, i.e. cherry picker, scaffold towers, we are able to offer our clients our specialist service of being able to descend the face of the building where it is not suitable for the other systems.
We do not only carry out window cleaning, we also undertake re-masticing, minor painting and repair works, bird deterrent systems such as spikes or netting, pressure washing, concrete/masonry cleaning, installation and removal of advertising banners to high rise buildings.
With our abseiling techniques we have even carried out minor repairs and painting to steelworks over swimming pools. This has saved the customer in excess of £100,000 as they did not have to (a) fully bird cage the scaffold area and (b) not had to empty the pool and (c) we undertook these works out of hours, enabling the client to keep the premises open, resulting in no loss of revenue to him.
We frequently advise architects and designers to take into consideration CDM (Construction, Design, Maintenance procedures) in order to assist the customers in the most economic, efficient method for on-going cleaning and maintenance. This may require the use of roof access equipment, such as man safes, anchor points, eye bolts and the like.
Mobile Weight Box
Where high rise premises do not have the correct systems we are able to offer a service whereby we can provide our own Mobile Anchor System which we bring to site with us and remove when finished. This saves the client money as they do not need to invest in long term eye bolts, etc.
We also have our own mobile abseiling rig (A Frame). Again this is easily transported to site and removed upon completion of our works. Once again, this saves our client money as they do not have to provide costly eye bolts, etc.
