TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

  • Regular cleaning contracts operate on a 12 month basis and 3 months notice of termination is required.
  • For all work a Purchase order or equivalent is required.
  • All prices quoted for work are exclusive of VAT at current rates.
  • Invoices are issued monthly for regular contracts or on completion for Builders Cleans etc. Payment is due in full by the fourteenth day following the date of invoice unless alternative payment terms have been agreed.

A full copy of our Terms and Conditions of Business can be issued on request and will be automatically supplied with quotations and invoices.
